Selected this company based on customer satisfaction. Ordered & installed 2 fans for a guest bedroom & workout room. 1 was perfect, 1 had a wobble. Contacted Hinkley & they were superb in troubleshooting the issue after viewing a video of the fan. They listened & understood my concerns that as senior this was not a DIY install & an installer needed to be scheduled for the fix. A positive experience.
