Just works. Runs high end ip cams poe and just works.It gets super hot here and this switch just keeps working. Never rebooted or reboots. Plug and play. Great high speed switch. Love the outdoor capabilities. Save us so many wire runs and gives us all the bandwidth needed. Price is a plus.
