Perfect replacement parts, arrived on time and NO installation issues of any kind. I read a review from someone who said he returned his because they were not pierced. You do not need to "pierce" them and you only need a flathead screwdriver for a tool. My old ones were 18 years old and in good condition when I replaced them.
