This fandalier decorated with glass crystals can be aesthetically pleasing, but the installation process may be challenging. The provided connector pins can be difficult to manage, potentially leading to the crystals falling off when the fan is turned on. Additionally, some of the crystals arrived cracked due to the drilling process. The pins also scratch them, so be very careful.Aside from that, we are running into an issue with the remote control malfunction. It has stopped working and we cannot control the fandalier at all. (We tried replacing batteries) Despite its beauty, this product may not be worth the inconvenience.
