Happy to have found this exact replacement for my 15-year old one that just stopped working. This fan was very easy to install (if your at all handy and can use tools) and are OK working with electrical wiring (obviously, be sure to turn off the power first). I also purchased two rubber 3 inch to 4 inch reducer couplings along with 4 stainless steel clamp bands (sized for 3 and 4 inch round ducts) to replace the old ones, which I recommend to make the installation go easier.
