I bought this to replace a much smaller one in my garage ceiling for cigar smoke. It works so well I pulled my charcoal smoker in my garage over the winter and it sucked all the smoke out the roof vent. Obviously, I had to change the ductwork to accommodate the larger size. This fan is really affordable for its size. I like the variable speed switch. Some people say it was noisy, but I think that’s mostly air that they’re hearing.
