Using new patent pending technology, the Climate Caddy offers maximum heat and cooling without the battery drain of a traditional electric heater. Play 18 holes in comfort without killing the battery! Unique, folding Monarch Cord Keeper holds power cables flat on the golf cart floor and adjusts to fit any golf cart model. No tripping over cords! Power Management Features include: Staggered start of stacked PTC heaters to limit power consumption at start up. Electronic eye so that the Climate Caddy only operates while driver is in the cart. Battery Fail-Safe Sensor that shuts off the Climate Caddy if battery charge drops below a set threshold. After 45 second hot boost, the unit automatically enters into economy mode.

Installed on a Club Car, totally enclosed with a Door Works kit. I live in Southwest Florida so I thought no problem for those low 50's mornings. Barely produces enough heat with "Quick Start Mode," let alone it's normal high setting. Don't even think about getting out to hit a ball or finish around the green, the unit shuts off after 45 seconds, a useless feature!
