I've been a drummer for 30 years but only recently got into hand drumming.This is my first time owning or playing a darbuka, so I can't comment much on playability. However, this thing is beautiful! It appears to be very well made and I'm very happy with the quality!While I'm certain that I'll need to tweak the tuning, the sound is very nice as it came and is very consistent around the head.It was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition.I hope to learn how to play it, but if nothing else it matches my carpeting perfectly and looks great in the living room! =)
