I recently moved into a house that was quite a bit smaller than the one I'd been living in. I used to use a box fan, and, subsequently, a Lasko 18" pedestal fan, during the night by my bed. The box fan didn't fit in the new space (because of its shape), and the Lasko was so big and bulky that it was impractical. So I thought I'd try this one. The assembly was easy and fast. It looks great, is obviously made well, and creates just the right level of white noise at night. Additionally, the amount of air it pushes it significant - keeps me cool on warm California nights. Couldn't be happier!
