I bought this to replace the blown (china knock-off) in our Volvo XC-60. It's considerably more solid than what it replaced, works as expected, and was relatively easy to install.The only caution: the written installation instructions require checking the current draw of the existing fans and replacing them if they draw more than 7 amps steady-state. But this is nonsensical since these powerful Volvo fans - even when new - draw around 15-20 amps just to meet their stated CFMs. So don't know if this is a typo or an excuse to void the warranty. Worst case, we'll find out the hard way.
