I bought 2 packs of 2 chairs. One of the chairsxarrived with a cracked seat and had to return. No significant issue with returning.Bit of a pain to put together. We found using a cordless screwdriver was very helpful.Quality is good. Looks like picture. Appears durable and so far no concerns.
