I got the scratch & dent one. Although a little banged up, it was in new working condition. The wifi setup was easy and you can tell the unit was new. It just looks like it might have fallen off the pallet or shelf and had some damage to the outside housing, but nothing that kept it from working.I just received it yesterday and although I will not be using it for a couple of months, I wanted to plug it in and set it up to make sure if there was an issue, I could return it within the 30 day return period.Hopefully I can remember to come back and update this review when I start using it consistently.It should be enough BTU's for my bedroom in the summber. My room is about 12"x12" (144 square foot).
