The product came with a Video Tape but can not find a Video Tape player to view it. The procedure is common sense though and does not require a PHD in plumbing.It comes with yard hose Attachment and you need to call your plumber tofit each sink in your exam room with special faucet fitting to allow the use of this tool. Once attached and in operation, the water splash that comes out of it is adequate to give you and your patient a 3 minute shower. You need a mop and a maid in the room to clean up after each use. Once done and you are ready to disconnect the tool from the faucet, you need to drain it in the sink and that takes time and delegence. If not you could be dribbling all the way to the ...Other than these tiny problems the tool works great.
