Easy install.. Came with a new shear pin. This is the second one I've purchased. ( My fault ) Don't use anything BUT the nut and bolt they supply. I " upgraded" mine with a stainless bolt and nut.... Well, when the auger got stuck on a cook using questionable pellets, instead of the 3ยข bolt breaking, the stainless one held and snapped the gear inside the auger transmission.. whoops. Totally my fault. Just use the hardware included. Don't try to get fancy!Great value for the money. I can't tell the difference between it and the OEM pitt boss parts..
