Those thin wooden bars brake often. First I emailed the company but they were disgusting and didn’t want to help because it was a little over 30 days. I would never buy an expensive item from Amazon cause after 30 days your on your own. I finally had a handyman make many more wooden bars and now it’s been holding up but if ever the kids play to much on it some bars crack.
