I have a log cabin and in the winter time when the air is dry, the logs need humidity so they don't warp. This little unit seems to work well. It's easy to fill, simple to set, and runs for 2-3 days without refilling depending on how you run it. Has a remote control for simple use. Does need cleaning occasionally so that scale doesn't build up, but that's no biggie. Green and red LED light tell you when more water is needed. Overall pretty simple and straightforward to use.
