I was really excited to get my new ceiling fan up but to my surprise, there wasn't any way for me to add an extender to the ceiling fan. I thought it would have a kit to do the adjustment to the height of the fan but it did not and I need to return the ceiling fan. The company is sent a label for me to return the item and when I went to USPS, the cost was going to be $50.00 each, which is $100.00 total. If I would of known that it was going to cost me $100.00 to ship the fans back, I would of never ordered the ceiling fans. I hope that I can get a QR code to send it back to CoreCentric Solutions.
