We've only had this for a few days. I spent some time looking at various fans and reading reviews. Many reviewers spoke of damaged fans, poor construction, and noisiness.This had none of it! It arrived in a couple of days, before the stated delivery date, in perfect condition.It seems solidly built. It took 30 seconds to snap the base unto the fan. It moves air! Lots of air! And while not silent, it doesn't sound like an airplane taking off. I think the noise level is low for this type of fan.I like lots of air, my wife...not so much. Even on low, it is a nice fan.I am quite pleased...I hope it lasts!
