My spouse and I usually like the 100% egyptian cotton at a very high count. They are heavier and quite stiff but we liked that too. These are not heavy or stiff at all. They are very soft and extremely light weight compared to the heavier 100% egyptian cotton. Nice for most nights but we might go back to the heavier cotton for the few colder months. All in all an excellent choice. I would definitely purchase again.After only one washing the sheets are pilling up with little beads of thread.
