Follow these steps: Before you begin to fill your water bags ½ to ¾ full with your garden hose, be sure to feed the water bags through the loops on your winter cover. Make sure to place your Buffalo Blizzard Water Bags around the perimeter of your winter cover. We suggest placing the water bags end-to-end around the perimeter of your swimming pool to fully ensure that no unwanted debris will enter your pool from underneath your winter cover. Installed around pool within two weeks half had leaked down. After 3 weeks only three tubes still were holding water. Contacted the seller about a replacement or refund, they said they were only warranted 30 days. I ordered them early enough to have them when I got ready to close my pool, so they were 30 days of the day I installed them. Sent pictures of tubes and the problem contacted the seller several times without result. Do not buy from this seller any products they have, worst experience I've ever had with prime.
