Does this fan only operate on battery power, or can it also be connected to an electrical outlet? This fan can also be powered by electricity. But we do not recommend using the misting function when plugged in for safety reasons. Please refer to the user manual for detailed instructions. Is this fan resistant to water? Yes, this fan boasts IPX4 water resistance. Please ensure that the power supply jack waterproof cover, battery cover, and USB waterproof silicone cover are completely closed to prevent water from contacting the battery or entering the battery port. How can I adjust the spray if it is not a mist? First check if the misting nozzles are loose. If not, please unscrew the nozzles and disassemble them to see if there are any missing parts. You can see all the parts of the nozzles in the user manual. 2024 is the hottest, longest summer in Arizona.I frequently vend at farmers markets, and the large water reservoir only needs to be filled twice for a 4 hour market. The battery is not even halfway used up by the end of it.Only downside is that the misters can’t be adjusted and it does spray quite a bit of water. I need to be careful where I place the fan or I risk soaking what’s in front of it with water, or drenching my vendor neighbor. However, that’s a risk I’m willing to take when I compare this to those tiny Ryobi mister fans.
