This fandalier is a beauty. I've been on a hunt for quite some time for the perfect fandelier for my bedroom i wanted something fancy but not too fancy when I seen this on Amazon I took a big chance but I'm glad I did. Its not only beautiful but is more powerful than most traditional ceiling fans i had in the past the air that this fan gives is amazing. Love all the features the different light settings and the 6 power level setting for the fan. The only issue I had was the installation it was a bit tricky to attach the chandelier part to the base I had to undo some of the crystals on the sides to get the screw driver and my hand to fit. But over all I'm in loveThis fandelier meets my expectations and is just what I had imagined. It’s checks off the boxes for luxury, price and of course functionality. The dimmer function on the remote works on each light setting, white, soft white etc., But I will advise that the white light is VERY bright and though somewhat unnatural it really enhances the beauty of the fixture. I purchased the 42” fixture and it’s nicely scaled to the size of my 20x21 bedroom. The fan has six settings and distributes a respectable level of air flow for the size of the room. The other thing is the light will turn on/off using the wall switch or the remote. As far as installation. I had it professionally installed. It does have a lot of LED lights which can take time to place into the fixture so if your installer has an hourly rate you can save time and money by helping to place the lights in yourself. I also used the 8” rod.What an absolute JEM!!!First thing appreciated was an easy to follow, Installation Video link (priceless). This little jewel actually has a lot to offer. The fan is cool, and the unit is quiet! Its light is clean, crisp, and bright! Yet, dimmable, with various settings. It is beautifully crafted of lightweight quality materials. Adding to its splendor though is an exceptional element of customer care. The representative (Lisa) compassionately reached out assuring product support. And true to her commitment, Lisa responded promptly! She is the 7th setting of radiance this retractable ceiling fan has to offer. LOVE ITThe top of the electrical component box was off and laying on top of the fan blade assembly. After disassembling unit, the circuit board was also loose and exposed creating a hazard. Was able to reassemble box to secure circuit board, then reassemble blade assembly, etc. Took a considerable amount of time to repair - should probably have put it back in the box and requested a replacement - but was already mounted to ceiling and wired at the point of discovery. Vendor stepped up and provided a discount to help compensate for time spent to repair item - after the fact customer service was exceptional.I had to be sent a new fan three different times which is really irritating that they couldn’t have sent one that worked the first time. First fan sent had frayed wires in the motor compartment, second one sent the lighting panel didn’t work, and finally the third was was able to work.Their customer service was very responsive and promptly sent out a replacement but instead of just sending the part, it’s a whole new fan. So now I have three massive boxes with broken fans and dozens of loose crystals that I don’t really know what to do with. The fan portion worked on the first two but the lights did not.Wish the process didn’t take so long to get a working product. My electrician had to come over and reinstall 3 times. All that said I do like the product now that it finally works.The remotes drains the batteries and the light doesn’t switch between to different lighting modes. Leave batteries out of the remotes.We chose this "fandelier" for it's great looks, functionality and, most importantly, it is truly dimmable. (Other brands claim "dimmable" but only change the light color 3 ways.) It came in very secure packaging and was relatively easy to install. Hanging over our dining room table, it has gotten lot's of positive comments and provided a nice, quiet breeze effect when needed. We had an issue with some broken crystals (our grandchild through a ball into it) and customer service was quickly responsive to arrange replacements. Highly recommend.
