For whatever reason, Thermaltake decided to be shady about fixing a major flaw this case has that was pointed out by KitGuruTech on YouTube. The Video is titled "Thermaltake HQ statement to KitGuru" in which Thermaltake talked a bunch of PR fluff saying they would revise the motherboard tray. One year later, no revision nor statement of any kind since. Not sure what it is with PC companies, but they just do not seem to care whatsoever unless a big enough tech reviewer that can have a big impact on the companies image says something. I'm getting tempted to see if GamersNexus would be willing to lo get some spotlight on this. I'm not trying to be malicious, people deserve to know this case has a major design flaw and Thermaltake hasn't shown they have any ambition to actually do anything other than talk.
