When I first ordered this I was concerned because the manual had some strict phrasing and I wanted some clarification before I used it.They got back to me the next day, answered my question, and gave me options for moving forward.I decided to keep the machine and try it out and I have to say I love it!It cools the room very quickly and is quiet enough that we can ignore it easily, but loud enough that we can't hear my neighbours kids playing outside my window anymore (yay!!!)Also it like the type of cold it gives. Like my old ac would make the room feel like a freezer, but this one gets it cold like an autumn day. It's hard to describe, but it's like my old ac was trying to freeze me to death and this one is just making my environment comfortably cold.I admit I was worried when I first felt the ease of this type of cold and was worried it wouldn't be enough for our needs (my kid has temperature related health concerns where he NEEDS to be cool or else his symptoms get much worse), but this thing came through.With this very cold, but gentle ac my kids symptoms are contained, and I no longer have to worry about him dropping the temperature to a dangerous degree.
