After a hidden residential plumbing leak, instead of the weekly rental rate at a local tool rental, buying our own made sense after the first week of rental. Needed a low-profile unit to drag into the crawl space. Compared to the rental unit, this fan seemed just as powerful and sound was slightly quieter but likely just due to it being new vs the rental had many hours on it. I ended-up running it at next to highest speed vs highest since the flow was more than adequate and sound level was lower than full blast. We’ve run it for a week straight to ensure full drying and happy with it.
