Pretty much as described. Dimensions can vary about a half inch. The tape peels off easy to seal the bags. The bags aren't neatly stacked or rolled, they just come in a big cardboard box. The bags don't easily rip or tear. I am happy with them. I use the bags to pack my magnetic bulletin boards, look up Maggie Board on Amazon if you are interested :)
