These feel like quality dumbbells and I could not find a better price at the time I shopped. The rack isn’t made of the strongest material, but seems to hold the dumbbells just fine. As others noted, they seem to have a smell and a light oily coating on them when you first open them. I washed them which has resolved the oily feeling. The remaining smell is that of rubber but is not offensive.
