We had an electrician install for us which took him less than an hour and the fan and lights are perfect. We opted for pull strings instead of remote because this was only way this certain fan came, however as we really liked the look of the fan that matched two others in our house we were fine. Again it is the perfect look for our kitchen. Thx.Installed over my kitchen table. I ordered different light bulbs as the included bulbs did not produce enough light for me.After purchasing a 52" blade version of this lamp for our living room, we decided to buy the exact same style but with a 44" blade for our master bedroom. It looks super, was easy to install and even at very high speed, is smooth and quiet.The only negative is that this model does not come with a receiver or a remote control, so we purchased the Hunter Fan Universal Remote with receiver and transmitter. Everything was easy to install and everything works perfectly. Looks great and matches my new floors.Very easy to install even on the sloped ceiling. looks beautiful. low noise and works with two switches one for light and one for fan. Good productPositively love this ceiling fan! The pictures don't do it justice. Of all the ceiling fans I have installed, this one had the best instructions. It was also the easiest to install. LOVE It!We purchased 2 of these fans because of their style and reputation of high quality. My electician installed them without any problems. Easy to put together and hang. The only drawback was that we needed a 12" drop rod which was not included and we had a difficult time finding one that color matches the fan in our local Lowes & Home Depot.
