The item in the photo for this listing is actually Lenovo part number 00UR984, and it is the heat sink and fan for the Lenovo X1 Carbon 5th gen. It does not fit in the X1 Carbon 6th gen, where part number 01YR204 is used out of the factory.The mounting screws do not align with laptop motherboards that have 01YR204 installed by default. This product is also not actually part number 01YR204, it is part number 00UR984.I bought this from another retailer for my Lenovo X1 Carbon 6th Gen 20KHCTO1WW
