The unit came without the drain hose and weather gasket that were supposed to be included. It was also covered in white dust, especially on the external air intake grate, showing that it had not been cleaned since its last use. I was willing to overlook that, but the day after it was installed the power supply went bad and now it's completely dead.The manufacturer includes a warranty info card in the manual stating they offer a 180 day guarantee on refurbished units, but if you actually attempt to call them (and spend a half hour telling the robot phone tree that you have tried turning it off and on again) they'll tell you that they don't service refurbished products.Now I'm trying to return it, but the packaging it comes in can't be reused. To open it requires cutting the straps that attach the bottomless cardboard sleeve to the plinth/pallet it rests on, and without those there's no way to reassemble the box.
