THe quality of this product is evident, and worth the price. Fits right with the Broan Nutone heater/exhaust fan that came with the house. Stronger suction, easy install and most importantly shipped to avoid warping the system, which makes for a quieter system. Is this model ever going to be super quiet? No. But hey, I didn’t have to cut out my dry wall and install a different housing and that’s priceless. I’d say it’s just as noisy, but works better with the new part and a thorough cleaning of the housing. ??
