There is a lot to like about this fan, but some issues to consider before you buy. First, the mounting system is really for flat ceilings. The maximum tilt is 22%, so if you have a steeper ceiling, it will not work. It is a quiet fan and works well. The styling is interesting in that it is a bit on the modern side but could work in a cottage decor as well. It is not the most energy efficient fan you can buy and the documentation is conflicting. Manufacturer website says it is 50 watts running. The Energy Efficiency label says 37 watts. The actually shipping box shows between 78 and 100 watts. Hard to say which is correct for calculating energy usage.
