I recently purchased set of three suitcases of Swiss Mobility brand from Amazon, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The overall quality of the suitcases is extremely poor, and I've encountered significant issues with both the handle and wheels, making this purchase regrettable.One of the major disappointments is the handle, which feels flimsy and unreliable. It lacks the sturdy build that one would expect from a reputable brand like Swiss Mobility. This weakness is particularly concerning as the handle is a crucial component for ease of mobility, and its unreliability has made traveling with these suitcases a frustrating experience.Additionally, the wheels on these suitcases have failed to meet even basic expectations. Instead of providing smooth and effortless movement, they seem to struggle on various surfaces, hindering the overall convenience of the luggage. This lack of functionality is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on the durability and craftsmanship of the product.Given the issues I've encountered with both the handle and wheels on these suitcases, I cannot in good conscience recommend the Swiss Mobility brand. The poor quality and performance of these suitcases have left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. I had hoped for a reliable and durable luggage solution, but unfortunately, these suitcases have failed to deliver.In conclusion, if you are in the market for a suitcase that will withstand the rigors of travel and provide a smooth and reliable experience, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. The Swiss Mobility suitcases I purchased have fallen short of my expectations, and I believe there are better options available on the market. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment by exploring alternative brands with a proven track record for quality and durability.
