My fan on my LG oven, with purple inners, went out after 2 years. I replaced it with this part and my oven now works like a charm. If your oven is making funny noises when the fan is on, and if you check the from screw on the blade and the two rear screws on the motor for tightness and they are tight and if you then check the fan blade to see if it is bent and it is not, then this is the part you most likely need. Simple to install. Unplug your oven, grab a screw driver, put screws in a container, take pictures as you go, and install. Remember, sometimes you have to turn left vs the usual right to tighten. Very easy to install and will save you a $300 repair. I am a lady, with a mechanical mind, no issues here.
