The oscillation setting covered the entire bedroom with a lovely gentle breeze on warm days and especially welcome on warm nights. The sound from the fan is a low noise level and not at all annoying. We have one for each bedroom and the remote control is convenient to adjust fan speed, oscillation and power on or off. I haven’t used the sleep mode yet but it is a nice option. We were able to lower the air conditioning use for the house and save on energy by using this fan on the warmest days this summer. It is a really great fan!
