I would have given TEN stars if I could have! Besides being a spot-on perfect gift for a huge ND fan, the customer service I received was head & shoulders, above & beyond my expectations!This was a birthday gift for my son and he thought it was one of the coolest things he has gotten; the size, quality, detail, and personalization definitely provide a one-of-a-kind piece of fan memorabilia, well worth the price already. But the customer service I received after discovering a misspelling in my personalized inscription is what really wowed me. This was a gift sent directly to my son who lives 700+ miles away and I asked the seller what my best options were for replacing it in the shortest time and with the least amount of hoops to jump through for me or my son. Mind you, the inscription was only off by a single letter! After exchanging very pleasant e-mails, and verifying it was their error, the solution was to just send a corrected one and to not even worry about returning the incorrect one, which was so appreciated I can hardly express it in written words!Customer service like this is simply not that common anymore these days, and given I have a family of college football fans from different schools, you have gained a customer for life, as I will definitely be making more purchases and recommending the company to anyone who will listen.
