“Grumpy” I ordered this product and as stated, everything is in Chinese and may seem confusing. The unit essentially has 2 wood burners. You can basically have two different tips on each one. They simply plug into the front of the unit. This is the first step you want to complete for safety precautions. The black holders I would say are tricky as they are loose in the holder. If you look at the image, you can see how the holder sits and slides into groove. The yellow sponges are to be moistened and are used for when you are wood burning and creates debris. You dab the tip to remove it.The power button is on the right of the unit. This clearly gives power to the unit and the burners. Make sure the dial is all the way to the left (low numbers that hover around 1-6).The last is a switch. If the switch is in the left position, it “activates” the left wood burner. Switch it to the right, and it enables the right burner. The tips can be changed out by unscrewing both gold tip holders. Once loose enough, you can “pinch” the tip off. Do the reverse to replace the tip. Make sure it is pushed in and rescued.Last is the dial, which controls the heat level. Higher the number, hotter the tip, more debris. Always use a test piece of wood and “play with it”. Personally, 50-55 was hot enough to achieve darkness and lines. I would not try anything above 65. That’s just my opinion on safety and usefulness of the product.Looks like there was other tips you can get.The kit does include a few tips (and many extra duplicate ones) Again, just play on a scrap piece of wood, but the attachments offer shading and wider/thin lines for precision. The box included a pear (like the one in the pictures of the description,) but which smaller. Personally, useless.I am not affiliated with this company and hold no liability with the guidance I provided. My wife was quite skeptical about the product, but after testing it myself, she dove in and played with it. She absolutely loves it.Hope this was hopeful for everyone
