OEM replacement, it took me about 15 minutes to swap them out. The old one still worked after 15 years, but didn't seem to move much air. Now we get a nice warm breeze coming out of the front of our old Vexar fireplace. One recommendation... wear work gloves when replacing it. There are a lot of sharp edges under the fireplace, and not a lot of room to maneuver. I got quite a few small cuts on my hand. Not a huge deal, and gloves will take up even more space, but probably worth it...
