Got this ceiling fan under used, it was half off of the regular price, my thinking I could go down to Home Depot down the street and get any parts that might be missing. But when I got it and opened it, it was like a brand-new fan. Straps were still unbroken and all small parts and hardware were still in unopened bags. Nothing was missing. This was a great deal for me. This particular fan was new in my book. I am glad I bought it, works perfect.
