Easy to assembly/install, but the telescoping nacelle had to be cut 12" (both sections) by a local sheetmetal shop. My ceiling was a little lower because a hanging cabinet that was removed. The shop did a great job and the finished product look perfect.Other than the sheetmetal, I did the job myself.
