Love the fan and light once we were able to get it installed. The box directions gave poor to little insight on steps. Had to use diagram on Amazon site. Glad it wasn't my first ceiling fan to install or i would still be at it.Love having a remote to activate it all. The blue color isn't as bright as i thought it was going to be. Im the end it is perfect for my dining area.The fan is Beautiful! But 3 stars because it comes with no instructions and no remote as stated. They did send the remote upon request but the fan had already been installed. It’s really bright but no bulbs. It’s a tray of led lights and you’ll have to contact them for a replacement. I don’t like that part of it either. But it’s bright and nice! It was a train-wreck guessing how to install it!!!The fan is nice but it was missing the remote and it had a pull chain which was not in the description. Luckily, I had an electrician to install the fan and was able to have him connect a universal remote.The fan looks nice, but it is very poor quality. The directions were very basic and not even for the fan that was ordered. Luckily I had installed several other fans in my house recently and had a good idea of what to do. After installing it, I found that the light kit was bad. It would work for around 30 seconds and then start flickering and would shut off. I contacted the sellers at perfect Ecom solutions and they sent a new light kit. It came from China, so it took a while to show up. Upon opening the package, I found a different style of light kit with wires that had broken apart from the solder. At this point I’m saying to hell with this junky fan and going to Lowe’s or Home Depot to get a reliable piece of equipment. Do your self a favor and do the same.Missing parts and no Remote control provided. Moved into my new home and box torn up.You have to buy a separate remote kit and install it.
