The fan looks and works great! We installed the fan in our nursery and the warm light temperature will be perfect for night time. Also, the fan originally shipped with an incorrect part and Sofucor got back to me within a day and had the part shipped out to me that week! I highly recommend this fan and this company!Just got it up and really like the quiet, stable performance without balancing. Caveat: on high speed there is a little wobble, but acceptable to me. I'm man old man, so the directions were. a challenge, but common sense made up for them. Example: directions raved about fan blade attachment alignment pin and screw attachment, but they did not exist. It was just hold 'em in place and don't drop the screw, just as in the past. The directions also could use better picture help. They said to take 2 screws out of the "L" shaped slot and keep them — never found them to remove. One of the 3 screws for the lamp attachment was cross threaded into the top of the hanger. That all being said, doing it by common sense and from past experience made it fairly easy to get up. Extra crystals were provided, but not needed, and they were fairly easy to assemble and install. Final word, we like it very much.I redesigned my master suite and wanted to add a fan that had some bling and elegance. This ceiling fan did it for the room! It is just stunning in my box tray ceiling. It's a simple touch of class that feels like high end luxury. I also have mandala paintings on my walls that match the exact same shape as the light fixture. So it's was a perfect find. I love how the crystals shine on the ceiling in my room! It's not to bright or dull... Just the right lighting for a bedroom. It takes a little time to put the hanging crystals in the fixture, but it is so worth it the effort. I would suggest carefully putting the hanging crystal on the light base first before putting it up. It will save time and it's a little awkward trying to add the dangling crystals when the light fixture is up. Definitely a good Amazon home decor find!Its beautiful. Only complaint was no instructions on how to put the crystals on. Just had to figure it out. Amd its very hard to get them hung. What i did was buy extra small hooks to hang them on. Made it very easy!So, it was missing crystal (the shortest chains), and it’s a bear to assemble, but Amazon customer service gave me a credit to purchase the missing chains and overall we’re very happy with this ceiling fan and light.The light they provided was the wrong size. The light base in bulb is too small. Wrong light bulb.This is a replica of a fan that is at Home Depot that cost $350. I have looked at every detail and I can’t find a difference in the 2 fans. The only difference is the design of the remote. This fan is an excellent purchase, you can’t beat this price. It’s gorgeous. Install was easy. We did buy a longer poll.
