This ceiling fan/light unit is perfect for my low-ceiling'd living room. The light adjustment is great, so I can have it dim for movie watching or bright for board games! The fan is surprisingly powerful, but I wish that speed 1 was lower. There doesn't seem to be a huge difference between the first two speeds. But, let me tell you, 6 feels like a wind tunnel! :)Two down-sides to this unit-1- when I bought it, the description said that it could be linked with an app & to Alexa, but the app that I was pointed to in the package insert (and the one someone mentioned in a review on here) never connected to the lamp. So, I can't control the light or the fan via Alexa.2- the remote dies really quickly. I've only had the unit for a year and I'm already on my 3rd remote! I keep it in the wall mount, so I know it's not getting banged around; just sections of the circuit boards go bad fast I guess. A positive point on this, though - the seller is very responsive about sending out replacement remotes. (They even sent me a replacement motor in the box with my last remote...)Overall, I would definitely recommend the unit though, I love it.
