The orientation can be changed in 90° increments, so if the cooler is installed upside down, rotate it 180 degrees to display the logo right side up. Regardless of the angle needed to install the AIO, it will always offer clean and aligned aesthetics. The level of thought that went into the packaging of the cooler to engineer that feeling one would get from opening and unboxing it, from the moment you open the box, you know you’re dealing with something special. This thing not only looks impressive but even performs better than my Swiftech AIO, which says a lot as that was as close to a DIY water-cooling loop as any AIO could ever hope to get.Although all pictures online always show the fans on the underside. (pushing warm air from the case through the rad) limitations of my case requires the fans installed on top, I also had to do this with the Swiftech. however, benefit is cooler air gets pushed through the rad instead, case fans are configured to pull in fresh air in from front and side and vent everything out the back.It uses standard 3-pin 5V addressable D-RGB headers for RGB control, allowing the lighting to be controlled by all motherboards, controllers, and virtually every software that work with standard 5V addressable RGB headers.As for noise levels, it’s so quiet compared to anything I’ve had before. During gaming, noise levels remain quiet, video card fans are louder. My PC has never ever been quieter.I’m thoroughly impressed. The price point is at the higher end, but sometimes you really do get what you pay for.Considering there are other products out there that cost similar or more. With the exception of the EK, my old Swiftech, and apparently the Arctic Freezer the rest are all either made by Asetek or CoolIT. So no matter what brand is on the box the rest are variations or the same rads, same pump motors, and pretty much the same levels of performance.So far it’s been about a month and I’m still genuinely thrilled with the performance of my EK Nucleus AIO.
