I do a lot of work with volatile liquids, and it is important that my XLS pipets get a good seal when doing precision work. With ethyl acetate, the liquid transferred easily with no dripping. The filter in the tip, however, is just a bit lower than I would expect it to be, leaving only about a 100ul space between the liquid meniscus and the filter. I did not notice residual liquid in the tip upon expelling the contents. Would definitely use these again.
