My husband likes the sound and air movement of high velocity fans, and boy, this one definitely delivers! It is very effective at getting the air moving in our large owner’s bedroom and large screened patio, however, it is loud. It was easy to assemble and is made very sturdy. Although we have only had it a week, lm sure it will deliver for us during the upcoming hot summer months around the corner. Definitely would recommend and buy again!Sturdy, easy to assemble looks good and very powerful. We use it to dry underneath trucks prior to undercoating.This fan is powerful but very loud .But it's a work shop fan so expected .I highly recommend it.Built quality looks like it will last. Only one problem the fan is a little noisy because of the shape of the blades. Sounds like a prop airplane but blow a lot of air.Would buy again.I love this fan. It's great at keeping my house cool and the air circulating. I have no a/c. This fan is a little loud so don't expect to put it in the living room and not have to turn the volume way up. This would be a great fan for a barn, garage or other work space.Pushes out an incredible amount of air! living in FL where it's been upper 90's and higher plus humidity, it keeps our garage very comfortable in the middle of the day to work and get things done outside without breaking a sweat!It needs an ultra-low setting that is quieter. Since I already assembled it and since it works, I won't return it for a refund. I just wanted to circulate the heat from my pellet stove throughout the house, but this is way too loud. It is a disappointment for my needs. I will donate it to my church instead for their next rummage sale.I received it looking like someone ran it over with a lawnmower. It's scrapped down to bar metal and the knob was broke off . I couldn't turn it on to even check if it worked. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this purchase you figure if you spend $165 on a fan it's going to look and run great but not in this case!!Easy to assemble. Great size and works like a charm. Moves a ridiculous amount of air, only ever needed on the first setting. Definitely for a commercial setting due to noise.
