Overall this is a great value compared to other rack cases that can fit 8x 3.5 drives (NAS). The construction is pretty solid with a few sharp edges to watch out for. The three fans right in front of the drive bays provide adequate cooling (but swap in better fans). The drive bays are a bit tight with all the SATA and power cables. I would suggest getting slim SATA cables and/or more flexible sata power cables, especially if loading 8x drives. As others have said, replace the fans for better noise and performance. I swapped in 2x Noctua NF-A6x2, 2x Noctua NF-S12B, and 1x Noctua NF-R8. Running 4x 3.5 drives I am seeing drives temps of 30-32 C at idle (in Unraid). It looks like since the time I purchased this case, they changed the front panel which appears more mesh like and may possibly have better airflow (also the handles are different and usb / power button orientation). I wish I had the updated front panel which would match nicely with my Sliger case below.
