I ordered 2 of these portable ac units. We put each in separate rooms. One unit works great, however the second unit does not work at all. On 9/20/24 I spoke with Shaina at Customer Service and was told I would receive a full refund for one unit within 5-7 business days. I am still waiting for this refund so I can order a different unit!!!
